Please read the following notes and disclaimers before purchasing tickets.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

Ticket Notice

  1. When purchasing tickets, please be sure to read and agree to all precautions listed on the official website. Please be sure to read them carefully before purchasing tickets.

  2. No cancellations/refunds are allowed after ticket purchase. Please understand the schedule, various precautions and guidelines before purchasing tickets.。

  3. If payment is not received by the payment deadline, the order will be cancelled. If the discounted ticket is sold out when you purchase again, you will be charged the price of the ticket at the time it is on sale.

  4. Each ticket is valid for one person only.

  5. Tickets are valid only for the person whose name is entered at the time of purchase.

  6. Please present identification documents (insurance card, driver's license, my number card, student ID card, or other identification) at the reception desk on the day of the event.

  7. If the name on the ticket purchase does not match the identification of the participant at the registration desk on the day of the event, admission will be denied and no refunds will be given. A new registration fee will be charged if you wish to attend the event.

  8. Children from elementary school age and up are welcome to participate. Children up to elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (a ticket for the parent or guardian must also be purchased). Junior high school students and older may participate alone, but only if they are able to take care of themselves. Minors who wish to participate alone must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian. The purchase of a ticket is deemed to constitute consent.

  9. If you need assistance, please attend with a caregiver. Staff cannot provide assistance. Please purchase a ticket for the caregiver.

  10. Tickets must be purchased through the official website here. Tickets purchased through unauthorized channels are invalid, and the Secretariat will not be held responsible for refunds of tickets in the event of any problems with the purchaser.

  11. Sales will end when all tickets are sold out.

  12. Transportation to and from the venue, lunch on the first day and dinner on the last day, and insurance are not included in the ticket price.

  13. Resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited.

Festival Notice

  1. If the secretariat deems it necessary for operational reasons, the notes and rules may be changed regardless of the announcement timing and method. There will be no ticket refunds for such changes. Please understand this in advance.

  2. This festival will be held rain or shine (except in case of natural disasters).

  3. There will be no ticket refunds for changes or cancellations in the timetable or instructors. Please understand this in advance.

  4. Accommodation will be in shared rooms, and vegetarian meals will be provided.

  5. As we cannot provide hotel-like services during the festival, we ask for your cooperation.

  6. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. Please use them considerately.

  7. You may not use the facility's refrigerator or microwave, and cooking is also not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

  8. During the festival, the secretariat will take photos and videos. The rights to these images and videos belong to the organizer and may be used for records and other commercial purposes.

  9. The organizer may use the recorded materials for various marketing activities, such as television, magazines, web, and social media, without obtaining permission from the participants and without compensation.

  10. If unauthorized entry is discovered, you will be asked to leave or pay an additional fee.

  11. For security reasons, please inform the staff when you go out.

  12. Those who do not follow the instructions of the instructors or staff, engage in behavior that annoys other visitors, or disrupt the schedule will be forcibly removed without a refund. If deemed malicious, entry to the festival in future years will be denied even if you have a ticket. Please understand this in advance.

  13. Violence or vandalism is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

  14. Please refrain from activities that would disturb other participants or nearby residents.

  15. You are free to enter and exit the venue, but please return to your room by midnight for locking. According to the Kyoto Prefecture Youth Development Ordinance, those under 18 must return to their accommodations by 11 pm.

  16. Please participate after determining for yourself that you are in sufficient health. (Those who are unwell, pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, or advised by a doctor to refrain from physical activity are not allowed to participate). The organizer and related parties are not responsible for any health issues that may arise.

  17. Pets are not allowed in the area or at the festival.

  18. Bringing firearms, explosives (such as lighters and fireworks), or other legally prohibited items into the venue is strictly forbidden.

  19. We do not store luggage or valuables. Please manage your belongings and valuables yourself. The secretariat is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

  20. Please cooperate in reducing and separating waste inside the venue.

  21. To ensure hygiene management and smooth schedule progress during the festival, we may ask for your assistance in cleaning and tidying up each venue. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  22. Each person is responsible for cleaning up after meals.

  23. Please clean and tidy your room upon check-out.

  24. Emergency first aid will be provided, but please be very careful to prevent injuries and manage your health.

  25. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Please use the designated area for smoking outside the venue.

  26. Drinking alcohol and bringing alcohol into the venue is not allowed. Please use nearby restaurants if you wish to drink. The organizers are not responsible for any troubles related to drinking.

  27. You may take photos and short videos with your smartphone inside the venue. Please post them on social media with the hashtag #HarukigeniaHandstandFest. However, posting the entire contents of the workshops on social media, YouTube, blogs, etc., is prohibited. Using images or videos taken at this festival for personal commercial purposes is also prohibited.

Disclaimer

  1. The organizer, venue, and instructors do not assume any responsibility for accidents, thefts, troubles, etc., inside or outside the festival venue during the festival period.

  2. Attendees waive the right to claim damages against the organizer and related parties for injuries, accidents, or other damages that occur during the festival or inside the venue, irrespective of responsibility. In case of illness, accidents, or injuries, attendees authorize the organizer and related personnel to provide emergency treatments and to determine appropriate treatments or movements recommended by medical staff and other personnel. Attendees with pre-existing conditions that may lead to accidents or injuries must declare them to the organizer and related personnel in advance, exercise due caution during the festival at their own responsibility, and may be prohibited from participating in the event based on the declaration.

  3. The organizer and related parties are not responsible for canceling the festival or accidents occurring during the festival due to unforeseen disasters, earthquakes, natural calamities, changes in social conditions, or other reasons beyond their control.

  4. The festival is not responsible for any delays or cancellations in transportation due to weather conditions, natural disasters, accidents, etc. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

  5. If participants do not receive some parts of the festival services or leave midway, it is considered a waiver of rights, and the organizing committee will not provide any refunds. The management does not assume any responsibility for troubles during the absence from the festival.
